Project COSMIC is a flagship centre of I.T. Excellence within the South West. It has state of the art facilities in its striking location at Ridgeway House, which sits in the heart of the East Devon market town of Ottery St Mary.

Cyber Café

Dedicated internet linked computers for drop in use. Plug in to our 1megabit connection and take advantage of the comprehensive software on offer. This facility is currently free to all our users.

Conference / Meeting Room

The Apollo Room is our main conference room. It is spacious and provides sufficient space and seating for 30 people. It has a lovely outlook onto the garden and visitors are welcome to take their breaks in these secluded surroundings.

There are ample sockets and network points, a whiteboard and plasma screen. It provides a flexible approach to small conferences, large meetings, training sessions and seminars.

Price per session = £50.00
Price for a full day = £100.00

Conditions

A session consists of a 3 hour period, morning, afternoon, or evening
Tea, coffee, herbal teas and biscuits are available. A small additional cost is incurred
Please check with staff for availability. Room bookable only when not in use by the in-house training team
Members of the Company who represent a community group can qualify for 30% discount on these prices
Laptop computers, digital projector, printers, scanners, digital cameras and video cameras and a variety of other technology can be hired in at an additional cost. Please ask for details.

Board Room

The Columba Room is an ideal solution for small meetings. This room has an elegant oval table and eight chairs. Additional failities can be provided to make it into a compact training space if required.
