Indeed the visit to COSMIC was one of the highlights of my trip. I remain most impressed by those things you have listed: the vision and the values. However, I was also most impressed by the quality of the leadership that I experienced, and you are part of that group of strong, visionary leaders who have given me much to contemplate, and an example to emulate.
In particular after visiting COSMIC I have decided that Djerriwarrh must significantly upgrade our IT systems and skills. We have the building blocks, and so can relatively easily develop much greater expertise there. We are also going to forge ahead with on line learning.
